Formerly Downline Little Rock, the Equipping Collective is an advanced discipleship ministry that gives everyday Jesus-followers seminary-level Bible knowledge and practical ministry skills.
Through our institute, labs, and speaker series, we serve Little Rock churches by empowering people to make more disciples.

Practical learning opportunities
36-week course
The Equipping Institute
The institute is for everyday disciples to go seminary-level deep in their Bible knowledge, gain practical skills for real-life faith situations, and reengage their relationships with Jesus. After the 36 weeks, we facilitate a conversation with leaders at participants’ churches to help them employ their training there.
The first institute will launch in fall 2027. If you’re interested in participating or know someone who is, email us for more information.
Short-term workshops
Equip Labs
Dive into specific ministry topics or skills, and keep learning how to share your faith in an ever-changing world. Some Equip Labs will be tailored toward institute alumni, and some will be open to the public.
Creating a Family Vision
We have trouble planning next week let alone next year! Do you ever feel like family life is moving so fast that nothing feels purposeful? Take a pause with us and think through a biblical vision for your unique family.
